Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with our rich Guinness Sourdough, baked with deep, malty flavour and a perfectly crisp crust.

As we welcome spring and Easter, enjoy comforting favourites like Hot Crossed Buns, Carrot Cake Sourdough, Carrot Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting, and Strawberry Rhubarb Cruffins — bright, nostalgic, and full of seasonal flavour.

1818 Farm & Cidery (1811 Richardson Side Road, Carp, ON) offers our sourdough and focaccia and features our pizza dough on their menu, reopening in the spring.

Grace in the Kitchen (255 Kanata Avenue, Kanata, ON) stocks a selection of our sourdough and fresh focaccia every Friday and Saturday.

Bean Bag Play Café (1433 Wellington St. W, Ottawa) serves a rotating selection of our handheld treats — plus special off-menu items like muffins.

Our story

Owned by an autistic baker and his partner, Thyme to Gather is built with accessibility in mind. Supporting our bakery is one way of supporting food made through thoughtful, inclusive practices.

Everything we make is produced in small batches, allowing us to focus on quality, flavour, and consistency. Our sourdough breads are naturally leavened and fermented slowly to develop depth, texture, and character, alongside a rotating selection of baked goods inspired by the seasons.

Based in Kanata, Ontario, we serve the greater Ottawa area through local pickup and wholesale partnerships with cafés and shops we love. At the heart of Thyme to Gather is a simple idea — that slowing down, sharing food, and gathering with intention matters.
