Made with the same slow-fermented starter as our breads, it yields an airy, chewy crust with crisp edges and rich flavour. Each portion is perfect for a 10” pizza — strong enough to hold your toppings, but light enough to stay crisp and airy.
Instructions: Thaw overnight in fridge. Stretch to a 10” round pizza. Bake at 500°F (260°C) on convection for 10–12 min.
